BackCheck employees conduct investigative services for some of the largest companies in Canada.
BackCheck hires enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Successful applicants will possess strong oral and written communication abilities and will want to work in a fast-paced and professional office environment. Experience is not required and training is provided! A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and a university degree or college diploma is required.

Human Resources Interviewers and Data Management Coordinators!
Human Resources Interviewers
- Conduct investigative reference interviews
- Analyze criminal record checks
- Analyze credit reports
- Verify education credentials
Data Management Coordinators
- Conduct Canadian, American, and International criminal background checks (including positions of trust)
- Act as the first point of contact with the clients and receive all of their files
- Terrorist watch checks
- Canadian and American credit inquiries
- Drivers abstracts
- Database/litigation searches
- Military checks
- Answer questions regarding the background check process
- Cross reference
- Ensure that the file is ready for the Human Resources Interviewers to call for references and education
